This project designed a website to support the effectiveness of collaboration between nonprofit organizations through the promotion of shared values, trust and communication. The website provides the learning resources and an open communication space for organizations to come together and share the opportunities. Through identifying the gaps in the current literature and resources and understanding the existing needs of nonprofit organizations, this initiative offers useful guidelines for nonprofit organizations to tackle the difficulties and create effective and sustainable collaborations.
