<p dir="ltr">A variety of learning assessment strategies for improving learning outcomes in undergraduate Computer Science and Information Technology Education are explored through a PRISMA-ScR scoping review process and described with narrative synthesis including verbal and visual descriptions. A variety of learning theories, instructional approaches, assessments strategies, and an original algorithm for learning assessment delivery are presented. </p>
