A C. elegans model of nicotine use and aversion resistance following chronic low-dose nicotine pretreatment. Model was then applied to various receptor knockouts  (acr-5, acr-15, acr-16, dop-1, and dop-2) to determine the role of these receptors in aversion resistance.
